Stand Up Paddleboarding
Stand up paddleboarding came into being when surfers took canoe paddles onto their boards. Unlike surfing you don't need waves to Stand Up Paddleboard. The calm tidal pool here at East Neuk Outdoors is the perfect place to learn and practice Stand Up Paddleboarding.
A board and all required watersport equipment is provided and our instructor will keep you safe while giving brilliant board balance tips.
Age: approx 5 years plus depending on buoyancy aid availability.
